LORDSBRIDGE GIRL built on her recent maiden success to land the spoils in the 1m handicap at Lingfield today. This was a rather messy race, with this 4yo daughter of Adaay receiving a few bumps from her rivals early on. Having lost her early position, jockey Jamie Spencer sat patiently, delivering the filly in time to edge her nose past the favourite in the final strides. Congratulations to her owners, Mr and Mrs Beadle, who enjoyed the success of their first homebred winner.
