AMAKHALA WARRIOR maintained his unblemished record, winning again on his 2^nd career start at York on Friday. Callum Shepherd did the steering in this 7f Novice Stakes, helping this well backed colt to get the job done. He was in a prominent position when asked for an effort 2f out and went on to win impressively. This 2yo son of Ten Sovereigns is looking like an exciting prospect and is sure to give his owners plenty of fun in the future. He is still growing and it will take time for him to fill in to his frame but he is doing everything right and we are very hopeful that he will develop into a nice horse.
