William Knight Racing is delighted to announce a dual sponsorship agreement with leading local businesses Chestnut and Inventive Media Publishing (IMP Graphics), as co-sponsors of its yard.
The sponsorship kicked off in style on the Newmarket Gallops with Chestnut founder and Chief Executive Philip Turner and IMP Graphics Managing Director Simon Mitchell unveiling the new yard kit.
William Knight, said: “This is fantastic news for the yard. We are delighted Chestnut and IMP have decided to sponsor us. We strongly believe the partnership will be beneficial to all parties.”
Chestnut continue to grow their collection of award-winning pubs, inns and restaurants across East Anglia, and hopes to continue to raise awareness of its properties with the sponsorship. Chestnut Founder and Chief Executive, Philip Turner, who has grown the group to 14 properties from his initial acquisition of The Packhorse Inn in 2012, is a supporter of local community partnerships.
Philip added: “This is an exciting partnership for Chestnut. It will enable us to engage with those directly connected to the yard, whilst also reaching out to the wider community of horseracing fans. We are looking forward to seeing how the partnership develops over the remainder of the season and into next year as a yard sponsor.”
Simon Mitchell, Managing Director of IMP Graphics, added: “An opportunity like this doesn’t always present itself, so we are delighted we can forge this partnership with William Knight Racing. It’s our way of putting something back into the thoroughbred community by supporting a local yard with whom we’ve had a long-standing relationship. It also affords us an opportunity to showcase the services and products that we can offer the industry as a whole”
